Movement Assessment

This comprehensive 90-minute movement assessment is conducted entirely online via video call. Using guided movement tests and real-time feedback, we evaluate your mobility, strength, and patterns—all without leaving your home. By diving deep into your movement patterns and identifying imbalances, we can pinpoint the root causes of discomfort & limited range of motion.
During your assessment, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation to establish your baseline and create a personalized plan tailored specifically to you. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, reduce pain, or enhance performance, our goal is to empower you with the knowledge + tools you need to move better and live better. Our initial session entails a comprehensive 90-minute assessment, includes an exercise program tailored to your needs & has a 30 minute follow up appointment as well.

One-on-One Training

Personalized strength and performance training, delivered through live online sessions. Train with expert guidance from wherever you are, with a program tailored to your goals and schedule. Whether your goal is to develop a consistent fitness routine, keep up with a fast paced group ride or to win a state championship on the bike, solid strength training lays the foundation of your success. After all, unaddressed mobility issues & lack of strength + stability, can lead to chronic pain – and that can keep you off the bike and away from the trails. After we conduct a thorough movement assessment, we will build a program tailored to your particular weak links.  Along the way, we’ll focus on stretches and exercises aimed at helping you move well and performing with confidence for the long haul. We’re here to keep you on track. After all, movement is medicine.
