At The Fix, we embrace the truth that nobody’s perfect. We all grapple with movement challenges, weaknesses, and the need to enhance core strength. That’s why our focus is on alignment, posture, and healthy mobility to help you build strength and resilience.

Our Online Strength classes are a 45-minute, full-body session designed to build resilience and power for cyclists. Each class flows through three main segments: Warm-Up & Mobility, Core Strength, Big Lifts & Power Moves.

This crew consists of everyday athletes juggling lifestyle demands and performance goals, just like you. With our classes hosted on Zoom, you can join us from anywhere. Simply sign up for a class, and you’ll receive all the Zoom details via email or you can always find the clickable links down below.

Curious about the equipment you’ll need? No need to fret! Whether it’s bodyweight exercises, a few dumbbells or kettlebells, we’ll guide you through maximizing what you already have.
