How do our online strength classes work?
Our online classes are delivered via Zoom. After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and all the details you need to join the session.
What is included in the classes?
Classes focus on mobility, strength, and stability, tailored specifically for cyclists. We include exercises to prevent issues like tingly hands, improve wrist stability, and enhance overall movement quality.
Can I purchase a class pack?
Yes! We offer class packs for convenience and savings. You can also take advantage of occasional discounts that you will find in our newsletters!
How are the classes structured?
Our strength classes are 45-minute, full-body session designed to build resilience and power for cyclists. Each class flows through three main segments: Warm-Up & Mobility, Core Strength, Big Lifts & Power Moves.
Do I need special equipment?
While having some basic equipment is helpful (like dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands) we can provide bodyweight options as well.
Will I need to turn my camera on during class?
Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.
